Please be aware access via telephone is available from 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The practice is closed one Thursday afternoon a month for training purposes from 12 midday. The dates for 2024 are as follows:

Weekend and Evening Appointments
We have a service for routine pre-booked appointments for late evening and weekends available at one of the hubs across Rotherham.
It gives patients who may be unable to attend during the week to access a wide range of appointments.

NHS 111
The NHS 111 service is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics. They will ask you questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straight away to the local service that can help you best.
Out Of Hours
If you need help when we are closed:
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
- If it’s a life-threatening emergency call 999.
Urgent and Emergency Care Centre
Emergency Care Centre is based at Rotherham Hospital and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
